Code and Theory is the original digital transformation agency. For 25 years, we’ve treated disruption as an invitation, not a threat. While the industry debates what AI replaces, we’re already building what it makes possible. We’ve been recognized as The One Show’s 2026 AI Pioneer Pencil winner, named one of Fast Company’s Most Innovative Companies, Adweek’s first-ever Innovation Agency of the Year, and we've been featured on the Ad Age A-List. This is the team that makes sure the work gets seen and the story matches the ambition because we're only getting started.
In this role, you’ll help shape and share that story across PR and internal communications, partnering closely with leadership and our network agencies (Instrument, Kettle, and Left Field Labs). You’ll join a growing team with real access, working directly with execs to sharpen narratives, ship announcements, and build visibility through press, thought leadership, awards and events.
