That is magic at work, and it’s what we show up for every day.
Smartsheet is hiring a Manager, Revenue Operations Analytics to lead and grow our India-based analytics team in Bangalore. You will drive the analytical agenda that informs Smartsheet's growth strategy, aligning data and analysis around pipeline health, sales productivity, retention, territory effectiveness, services utilization, and commission planning. Your team will be at the center of how the GTM organization understands its business and makes decisions.
This role is designed to bring senior analytical leadership into the IST time zone, providing direct, timezone-aligned support to the India-based team while maintaining meaningful overlap with North America Pacific Time leadership. You will also be a bridge to Smartsheet's Bangalore BI and Data Engineering teams, deepening the partnership between Revenue Operations and the broader data platform organization.
