Contentsquare is hiring a player-coach Solutions Consulting Manager to lead its France & Southern Europe team: about 5 Solution Consultants covering France, Spain, Portugal and Italy. You will spend roughly half your time leading and developing the team and half personally running the region's most strategic deals.
You will be the pre-sales business partner to regional Sales leaders across Enterprise and Mid-Market, for new business and growth in existing accounts. You will also lead the region's move to the Contentsquare Experience Platform (CSQ XP), for new customers and for the existing customer base.
You report to the Head of Solutions Consulting EMEA and sit on the EMEA Solutions Consulting leadership team. The role is based in Paris.
Turn EMEA and global Solutions Consulting priorities into a clear regional plan: objectives, coverage model and operating rhythm
Allocate SC capacity across segments, accounts and opportunities to get the most revenue impact
Track and improve regional performance: win rate, attach rate, SC coverage, POC conversion and deal quality
Coach and develop each Solution Consultant, adapting your style to their skills and motivation
Own hiring, onboarding, development plans and succession for your team
Give regular, direct feedback and address performance issues early
Build a team where people share what works and feel safe to try new ideas
Join the regional Sales leadership rhythm: pipeline reviews, forecast calls, account planning
Work with Sales on territory and capacity planning, deal prioritisation and pipeline health
Run joint deal reviews using MEDDICC and Command of the Message, and challenge deals constructively when qualification, value or scope is unclear
Personally lead some of the region's strategic and complex opportunities: executive presentations, competitive situations and high-stakes POCs
Set the standard for discovery, tailored demos, and Proof of Value (POVs) with clear success criteria
Tie every engagement to measurable business outcomes across our Product Portfolio (the new Experience Platform as well as Experience Analytics, Product Analytics, Experience Monitoring, Voice of Customer and our AI capabilities).
Position CSQ Experience Platform with new customers and build the team's confidence selling it
Prepare existing customers for the move to CSQ Experience Platform, working with Sales and Customer Success
Feed field feedback on XP to Product and Product Marketing
Co-sell with agencies, system integrators and technology partners, and help enable their pre-sales teams
Make handoffs to Customer Success, Professional Services and Implementation seamless, so what we promise is what we deliver
Share customer and competitive insights with Product and Product Marketing, and best practices with SC peers across EMEA and globally
5+ years in Solutions Consulting, Pre-Sales or Sales Engineering in B2B SaaS, ideally in analytics, digital experience, martech or adjacent fields
Proven people management or formal team leadership experience
A true player-coach: strategic enough to set direction, and still credible running a demo or a POC/POV in front of customers
Strong track record in complex Enterprise sales cycles: discovery, solution design, demos and POCs/POVs
Confident partnering with Sales leadership, and able to influence and challenge constructively
Fluent in structured sales methods (MEDDICC, Command of the Message, value selling)
Able to turn technical capabilities into a compelling business story for C-level and technical audiences alike
Curious about AI and comfortable showing how AI-driven insights change the way customers work
Experience with partner ecosystems (agencies, SIs, technology alliances) and co-selling
Comfortable discussing data privacy and compliance (GDPR) with customers
Fluent in French and English; Spanish and/or Italian is a strong plus
