As a Manager - Strategy Consulting – Corporate Deals Technology, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through complex deal integration and value realization processes. Within our Strategy Consulting practice, you will leverage your strategic insights and technical acumen to deliver tailored solutions that drive client success. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their unique challenges and opportunities, and crafting strategies that align with their business objectives.
As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be at the forefront of delivering deal value, working with a dynamic team to navigate the complexities of corporate deals and technology integration.
Responsibilities
- Leading strategic planning and execution of corporate deals technology initiatives
- Guiding teams in post-merger integration and value creation processes
- Utilizing M&A strategy skills to drive successful deal integration and realization
- Managing private equity engagements to enhance client value
- Developing and implementing frameworks for delivering deal value
- Building relationships with stakeholders to identify and address integration challenges
- Promoting innovative approaches to maximize deal outcomes
- Confirming compliance with industry standards and practices within deal frameworks
What You Must Have
- At least a Master's of Business Administration degree from Tier 1
- At least 8 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
