At Klaviyo, we’re Built Different: a company of builders who take ownership, operate with candor, and believe we’re 1% done. That mindset extends to how we think about our workplaces. They’re not spaces to manage; they’re experiences to design.
We’re seeking a Manager, Workplace Experience to lead Workplace Experience operations across Klaviyo’s international office portfolio, including Dublin, London, Paris, Munich, Sydney, and Singapore, while scaling future EMEA growth.
Based in Dublin, this role will oversee a distributed Workplace Experience team supporting office operations, employee experience, real estate, workplace programs, and regional expansion across multiple countries and time zones. This leader will partner closely with the Head of Communications, Workplace & Experiences, the US Workplace Experience Manager, and Real Estate leadership to shape Klaviyo’s global workplace strategy, including lease management, portfolio planning, and new office build-outs.
The ideal candidate is an experienced people leader who combines operational excellence with a genuine passion for creating environments where people thrive. You think in systems, lead with empathy, and hold a high bar for your team, vendors, and workplace experience. You’re energized by building scalable programs, navigating ambiguity, and creating workplaces that help teams do their best work.
