We're looking for someone who doesn't just manage financial processes but knows how to improve them.

Team Leadership: Lead and develop the Manila finance team, ensuring accountability and consistent performance.
Global Collaboration: Coordinate with Canada Finance on intercompany transactions, financial reporting, and group accounting standards.
Licensed CPA in the Philippines (required).
At least 8 years of experience in finance and accounting, including 3 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of Philippine taxation, statutory compliance, and IFRS.
Hands-on experience managing month-end closing and financial reporting.
Experience with intercompany accounting and reporting to an international or foreign parent company.
Strong Excel, analytical, and financial management skills.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with senior leadership.
Willing to work fully onsite in BGC, Taguig, with some working-hour overlap with Canada.
You take ownership of financial accuracy and compliance, identify problems before they escalate, and continuously look for ways to improve processes.
You can lead a team while staying close enough to the details to know when something isn't right.
If you can own the numbers, strengthen the controls, and turn financial information into better business decisions, we'd like to hear from you.
