In this role, you will support innovative and manufacturing projects within DuPont Organization from diverse functions such as Research and Development, Manufacturing Technology, Quality Assurance and Operation.

What you will do

• Assist in analyzing manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Support engineers in designing and implementing innovative solutions to optimize production efficiency.
• Participate in cross-functional teams to work on special projects related to manufacturing and engineering.
• Collect and analyze data to provide insights into production performance.
• Conduct research on industry’s best practices and new technologies relevant to manufacturing.
• Help in the documentation of processes, standards, and practices.
• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure product quality and compliance.
• Participate in safety audits and contribute to a safe working environment.

What you will bring

• Currently pursuing a degree in Chemical Engineering, Polymer, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Instrument and Electrical, Automation, Statistics, Math or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, good hands-on capability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Research Experience: Previous exposure to research projects in a related field may provide an advantage.
• Project Management: Familiarity with project management tools and techniques to help coordinate tasks and timelines within a team.
