Roles and Responsibilities
Design, draft production tools, fixtures, and equipment.
Partner with EHS team to identify processes or equipment that can be improved to eliminate safety hazards.
Define and control production process including tooling and equipment. Validate design specifications and shop floor application of new product, tools, or equipment.
Specify and procure new equipment and tooling needed to meet production, quality and growth requirements.
Support LEAN, VSM, PFMEA, MOC, Risk Assessment, Standard Work, Visual Management & Calibration Tools Management.
Support to follow up the Production Disturbance to relevant function.
Implement Industrial Handbook PTR to SOP.
Preparation CAPEX, execution and monitoring.
Create digitalization system in production and tools crib area.
Create visual management system in production area.
Involve on the Kaizen event our facilities and operations
Create regular training system in manufacturing.
Create best practise for increase productivity.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum of 5 years of Manufacturing Engineering experience (preferably in tooling, fixture and equipment design).
Experience with tooling and fixture design and implementation.
Experience with production line layout, process flows & design improvement.
Recent experience in leading a small team (Team Engineering/Technical People Lead)
Experience in project management, planning, activity follow-up.
Experience in AutoCad & MS Office software including MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills are a must
Ability to work individually and as part of a team
Excellent communication and listening skills
Ability to build relationships within the company at all levels and with customers and suppliers
