• Build responsive, on-brand email templates and implement dynamic content using AMPscript, Liquid, merge tags, or similar approaches to personalize messaging at scale

• Write and execute SQL-based segmentation and audience logic that powers targeting and personalization across customer journeys

• Partner with Data and Platform teams to strengthen automation architecture and move lifecycle marketing from manual campaign execution toward durable, scalable infrastructure

• Use AI tools to accelerate QA, personalization, and testing, identifying opportunities where automation can reduce manual work without compromising quality

• Monitor journey and campaign performance, translate results into clear recommendations, and ensure execution complies with applicable data privacy and marketing regulations

• You collaborate effectively across Marketing, Data, Product, and Platform teams and adapt your approach based on feedback and context

• You actively look for ways AI can improve analysis, QA, personalization, and automation while applying sound judgment around accuracy, customer data, privacy, and where human validation remains essential
