THE TEAM

The mission of the Marketing Integration Department is to unify and operationalize Marketing by connecting teams, aligning strategy to execution, and driving clarity across priorities, processes, and projects.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing and our Marketing Integration team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for driving cross-functional marketing projects that shape the future of Marketing at Aritzia. As an Intern, Marketing Projects, Marketing Integration, you will support the end-to-end management of Marketing projects, helping to assess project needs, coordinate deliverables, manage workflows, and drive projects from planning through execution in alignment with business objectives. Our goal is that you will come out of your internship inspired, with meaningful experience and an enhanced skill set you can carry forward into your bright future.

THE ROLE

As the Intern, Marketing Projects, Marketing Integration, you will:

• Plan, organize, and manage the execution of our Marketing projects.
• Evaluate project scope and requirements to set the stage for flawless delivery.
• Allocate deliverables, track progress and manage deadlines across resources and cross-functional partners to ensure timely execution.
• Manage and streamline project workflows, ensuring tasks progress logically and efficiently across teams.
• Support seamless collaboration between Marketing and its cross-functional business partners.

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Intern, Marketing Projects, Marketing Integration, has:

• Currently enrolled in a post-secondary institution, with a preferred graduation date of April 2027 to April 2028
  • Preferably pursuing a degree in Business.
• A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles.
• The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners.
• A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business.
• A resourceful and entrepreneurial way of working.
• A passion for Aritzia and the fashion industry.
• A logical, organized approach with an appreciation for structure and details.
• A problem solver who thinks critically to develop insightful solutions.
• Work experience in Aritzia Boutiques, Concierge, or Distribution Centres is highly valued.

THE DEPARTMENT

THE LOGISTICS

• Internship Dates: May 10 – July 30, 2027 (12 weeks).
• Location: Aritzia’s Vancouver Support Campus located in Vancouver, BC.
  • Successful candidates must be able to work at the primary work location and self-relocate if necessary.
