Agentio enables marketers to buy creator led ads as easily and scalably as Meta or Google ads—automating sourcing, pricing, contracting, delivery, and measurement—so work that took months now happens in minutes.
We're on a mission to transform a $800B digital ad ecosystem by shifting digital ad spend into the hands of creators. That means better outcomes for marketers and enabling creators to live off their work—finally being paid in proportion to the value they create. That shift is accelerating: Unilever's CEO has said the company will move roughly half of its ad budget into social and creators—Unilever is among the world's largest advertisers, spending around $9–10B annually. As these dollars move, they need performance-grade pipes; Agentio is how those dollars flow to creators with the speed, control, and measurement marketers expect. We enable brands like Uber, DoorDash, and Bombas to run creator campaigns with the same rigor, control, and accountability as their core performance channels.
Our AI-Native platform enables real-time content understanding at scale, simultaneous reasoning across hundreds of thousands of pieces of content, and intelligent allocation of multi-million dollar budgets. Our models apply more cross-platform performance signal than anyone else in the world, compounding with every campaign through a high-trust marketplace with accelerating network effects. The result is a flywheel: brands get the performance they've been chasing, creators get the intelligence and income they deserve, and Agentio becomes the infrastructure powering a generational shift in where media dollars flow.
The market agrees. Agentio has raised $56M at a $340M valuation, including a Series B led by Forerunner that followed our Series A within a calendar year. Backed by Benchmark, Craft, and AlleyCorp. Named to Forbes' Next Billion Dollar Startups, 2025. Named to Inc.'s Best Places to Work 2026, one of 10 companies nationally recognized in the "On the Rise: 0–4 Years in Business" category.
An $800B market. A once-in-a-generation technology shift. This is the moment. This is the team. Come build something generational with us.
Agentio is seeking a Marketing Science Lead to establish our measurement practice as we scale creator marketing as performance infrastructure for brands. As the creator economy matures from experimentation to essential layer, advertisers need rigorous frameworks to measure ROI and optimize creator investments. You'll be the analytical architect who defines how clients measure success, influences what we build, and shapes industry standards for creator marketing effectiveness.
Define the Standard for Creator Performance: Act as the chief architect for how the industry quantifies creator marketing. You will establish the frameworks that integrate Agentio into the world’s most sophisticated Marketing Mix Models (MMM), ensuring our platform is recognized as essential infrastructure, not just another social channel.
Become a Trusted Advisor: Partner with the most sophisticated marketers in the world (e.g., Uber, DoorDash, Mint Mobile) to design bespoke measurement strategies. You will build high-level credibility as their go-to consultant for incrementality, brand lift, and sales attribution.
Drive the Global Measurement Roadmap: Partner deeply with Product and Engineering to translate complex client needs into a world-class measurement suite. You will anticipate where the industry is headed and build the "performance-grade pipes" to get there.
Establish the Agentio Intelligence Engine: Lead the effort to transform raw campaign data into proprietary market intelligence. You will conduct high-level meta-analyses and causal inference studies to develop the playbooks that prove how creator marketing drives outcomes across Retail, CPG, and App-Gen verticals.
Scale the Practice: Develop the operational standards, playbooks, and benchmarks that will allow the measurement function to scale alongside our rapid revenue growth.
The Profile: You have 7–10+ years of experience in marketing analytics, measurement science, or ad-tech consulting. You’ve likely led measurement for a major platform or a sophisticated performance-driven brand.
Measurement Architect: You possess deep expertise in the "holy trinity" of modern measurement: MMM, Incremental Lift testing (RCTs/Geo-testing), and Multi-Touch Attribution. You don't just use these tools; you understand the math and the "why" behind them.
High-Floor, High-Ceiling: You are a "hungry" builder. You are comfortable defining a 3-year strategic vision for a CMO, but you are equally excited to roll up your sleeves and write the SQL or Python script that generates a first-of-its-kind benchmark report.
Product Thinker: You have a "builder" mindset. You don't want to run the same manual report twice; you want to work with Engineering to automate your insights into a scalable, in-platform measurement product.
Exceptional Communicator: You can navigate complex technical conversations with data scientists while effectively translating those concepts into business-value recommendations for C-suite stakeholders.
Quantitative Foundation: You likely hold an advanced degree (Masters or PhD) in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Math) and have a track record of applying causal inference to complex marketing questions.
Foundational Role: You aren't just joining a team; you are building the function. You define how an emerging category measures success.
Strategic Positioning: We are infrastructure partnering with agencies and holdcos, not displacing them—this gives you access to the most sophisticated measurement conversations in the industry.
Unrivaled Momentum: Backed by top-tier investors (Benchmark, Forerunner, Craft) and recognized as a Forbes Next Billion Dollar Startup.
Category Leadership: Help move billions of dollars into the hands of creators by providing the rigor and accountability that the world's largest advertisers demand.
