Degree in Marketing, Commerce, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
Minimum 7 years of experience in paid media, performance marketing, marketing technology, or a closely related field, including agency experience.
Hands-on experience managing campaigns across at least three major advertising platforms.
Demonstrated experience evaluating and using platform-native AI capabilities, such as Google Performance Max, Meta Advantage+, or comparable tools.
Strong current knowledge of advertising, analytics, search, and marketing technology platforms.
Practical understanding of SEO and AEO and the evolving impact of generative and AI-powered search on digital visibility.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex marketing technology environments and turn findings into actionable recommendations.
Understanding of marketing data access, consent requirements, and POPIA direct marketing considerations.
Comfortable working directly with clients, facilitating discussions, presenting findings, and contributing to consulting engagements.
Able to work independently and adapt quickly to different client environments, objectives, and technology stacks.
Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical platform capabilities in clear, business-focused language.
Current Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications are preferred.
Ability to manage potential conflicts of interest transparently and professionally.
Fully remote working arrangement.
Flexible engagement model based on individual client statements of work.
Scope, number of days, and daily rate agreed separately for each engagement.

Opportunity to influence how organizations adopt and integrate platform-native AI capabilities.
Variety of client projects, marketing use cases, and technology environments.
Opportunity to contribute to workshops, pilot programs, and strategic AI initiatives.
Client-site or in-person workshop attendance when required by the engagement.
