ERP Transformation & Data Migration

• Support data preparation, cleansing, and validation for migration to IFS Cloud.
• Ensure master data aligns with standardized business processes and templates.
• Help establish data readiness for deployment, cutover, and post-go-live operations.
• Collaborate with project teams to resolve migration issues and maintain data integrity throughout implementation.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Partner with global business stakeholders to collect, validate, and approve master data.
• Help establish clear data ownership, accountability, and maintenance processes.
• Facilitate workshops and working sessions to drive alignment and resolve data-related challenges.
• Work cross-functionally with teams supporting engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and operations.

Data Issue Management & Continuous Improvement

• Serve as a key point of contact for master data quality issues.
• Investigate root causes and coordinate sustainable corrective actions.
• Monitor data quality KPIs and identify opportunities to improve performance.
• Recommend improvements to data management tools, processes, and practices.

Compliance, Audit & Controls

• Maintain data integrity, traceability, and appropriate documentation.
• Support audit activities and compliance with internal policies and applicable requirements.
• Help ensure governance standards and data controls are consistently followed.

Qualifications

• Experience in master data management, data quality, data governance, ERP implementation, or a related field.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic, project-driven environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to work with stakeholders across functions and geographies.
• Ability to facilitate discussions, challenge processes constructively, and drive progress without direct authority.
• Proactive, solution-oriented approach with a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally as required.

• Experience developing or maintaining data governance standards, controls, and quality metrics.
• Experience working with global teams across multiple sites or regions.
