Core responsibilities include supporting education, product evaluations, conversions, implementations, and post-implementation education and optimization across the MDS portfolio. NNP provides targeted bedside education, facilitates best practice adoption, and delivers consistent clinical support aligned to customer needs and business priorities. The NNP also provides neonatal clinical expertise to Medical Affairs, Marketing, and New Product Development to support clinically accurate education, portfolio strategy, product requirements, and launch readiness.
The MDS Neonatal Clinical Specialist (NNP) reports directly to the designated Clinical Services leader and supports regional and national priorities based on customer and business needs.
This is a field-based position requiring significant travel, including overnight travel, to support customer engagements, internal training, clinical programs, and cross-functional initiatives.
