Be part of a team making a real difference in the lives of allergy sufferers!
Are you looking for a medical career where you change patient lives every single day? Do you love working directly with patients — and want to learn a clinical specialty inside and out? Join our team of Clinical Allergy Specialists!
Who we are:
United Allergy Services is the largest allergy care provider in the U.S. We partner with physicians nationwide to bring allergy testing and immunotherapy directly into local clinics — expanding access to millions of patients who would otherwise go without care. We've helped more than 300,000 patients overcome their allergies and earned thousands of 5-star patient reviews along the way. Recently acquired by an ambitious team with deep experience in allergy pharmacy services, telemedicine, and technology, we're growing fast — and we want people who want to grow with us.
Your future role:
As a Clinical Allergy Specialist, you'll run the allergy center inside a partnered physician practice. You'll test patients, educate them on their treatment options, guide them through immunotherapy — and build the allergy center's presence within the clinic. You'll work side by side with patients, doctors, and clinic staff every day, and you'll learn more about allergies than just about anyone. This role is what you make of it: the more proactive you are, the more patients you'll help.
Key responsibilities:
Administer allergy tests and injections under a supervising physician.
Prepare customized patient immunotherapy vials.
Educate adults and children about allergy testing and immunotherapy, and support patients through their treatment journeys.
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers to deliver exceptional allergy care.
Coordinate within the clinic to create visibility and drive growth of the allergy services.
Complete basic administrative tasks such as scheduling and medical documentation.
Who we're looking for:
Healthcare experience required (MA or LPN preferred).
A proactive personality — you're comfortable speaking with doctors and clinic leadership.
A friendly, warm communicator who can educate both adults and children about allergy testing and immunotherapy.
High accountability and a self-starter mindset — you own your allergy center's success.
Compensation & benefits:
$19-20/hr + bonuses and benefits.
Paid on-site and remote training — no allergy experience required.
Daytime, business-week schedule. No holidays, no weekends (unless required by the clinic).
Career advancement opportunities.
Work Location: In person
