About The Role

Excellent opportunity for a customer service superstar to join our supportive team as a Medical Receptionist in our fast-paced clinic, located at our Footscray Western Private Hospital clinic in a full-time capacity. The role also requires flexibility to travel and support nearby west clinics for example Spotswood when required.
 

As a medical receptionist you will be responsible for

• Managing all phone enquiries in a timely, professional and confidential manner
• Front of house reception / greeting patients upon arrival
• Schedule appointments for patients and referrers
• Issue patient invoices/receipts and process Medicare rebates as required
• Enter and update patient registration details
• Ensure the reception and waiting area is clean and presentable at all times

This is an outstanding opportunity for those who are eager to learn, driven, resilient and empathetic, whilst also possessing a strong customer service background.

You Will Have

• Strong customer service and patient focus skills
• Eagerness to learn
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• High level of attention to detail and confidentiality
• Ability to work autonomously, as well as part of a team
• Experience in a Radiology background, as well as exposure to Medicare services will be highly regarded
• Drivers license and a car
