We are looking for an experienced senior software engineer to join our team and contribute to a number of areas.

* Agent infrastructure and code
* Product surfaces
* Evals and reliability
* Models
**You may be a good fit if you:**
* Want to work in person in San Francisco
* Have strong software engineering fundamentals, with experience building production systems end to end
* Have built and operated production systems and can explain the decisions, tradeoffs, and outcomes you owned
* Independently identify important problems, define your own work, and follow through without waiting for a specification
* Bring technical depth and learn quickly when the problem takes you into unfamiliar areas
* Communicate your reasoning clearly and work well with people who will question it
**Even better:**
* You've built a product from scratch or helped shape an early engineering team
* You've shipped agents or other AI systems into production
* You’ve participated in hackathons
