Working within an Agile and DevSecOps environment, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions while maintaining strong security and coding standards. You will also contribute to modernizing legacy applications, improving development workflows, and resolving complex production issues. This fully remote opportunity is ideal for a technically strong engineer who values clean code, continuous improvement, and mission-critical software development.
As a Microsoft .NET Software Engineer, you will develop and maintain enterprise software solutions while ensuring performance, security, and operational reliability. Your responsibilities will include:
Design, develop, and maintain applications and APIs using C#, .NET 6/8+, ASP.NET Core, MVC, Web API, Razor, Blazor, and Entity Framework Core.
Design and manage data models, write optimized SQL queries and stored procedures, and implement database migrations using Microsoft SQL Server.

Troubleshoot production incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and implement reliable solutions within established timelines.
Participate in architecture and design discussions, code reviews, sprint ceremonies, and technical documentation.
Collaborate with development and technical teams to ensure software quality, maintainability, and alignment with project requirements.
The ideal candidate combines extensive software engineering experience with strong Microsoft .NET expertise and a solid understanding of secure enterprise application development. You should demonstrate:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline, combined with 8–10 years of software development experience. Additional relevant professional experience may substitute for a degree.
At least 4 years of hands-on C# and .NET development experience, including ASP.NET Core and Entity Framework.
Strong Microsoft SQL Server expertise, including T-SQL, database design, and query optimization.
Proven experience designing, developing, and securing RESTful APIs.
Practical experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
