🎯 Your main goal will be to turn technical interest in n8n into closed-won Mid-Market customers, at speed and at scale.
As a Mid-Market Account Executive covering DACH (Germany and Austria), you will own a territory end to end, and this is what you will spend your time on:
Run a high-volume outbound motion that generates at least half of your own pipeline.
Qualify inbound demand quickly so the best opportunities get your attention first.
Build a territory plan and target account list for companies with 101 to 1,000 employees in Germany and Austria.
Engage developers, DevOps, IT and engineering leaders, and uncover the real problem and its business impact.
Map stakeholders and the decision process, and create a compelling reason to act now.
Partner with Solutions Engineers on demos, technical evaluations and proofs of concept.
Own the full sales cycle, typically a few weeks to two months, from first touch to signed deal.
Keep tight commercial control through negotiation, security reviews and procurement.
Hand over smoothly to Customer Success and keep your forecast and CRM accurate.
💼 Mid-Market SaaS sales: You have a strong B2B SaaS track record in the Mid-Market segment and can clearly describe your customer size, deal values and sales cycles.
🧑💻 Technical buyers: You have sold to developers, engineers and IT teams, and you are curious enough to explain a technical product in the buyer’s own terms.
💰 Deal size and velocity: You have closed deals quickly, typically within a few weeks to two months, while juggling many opportunities at once.
🎯 Hunter mindset: You focus on new logos, have a proven record of outbound prospecting and have generated most of your own pipeline.
📈 Consistent performance: You have hit or exceeded quota consistently over the past two to three years.
🔍 Discovery and qualification: You ask sharp questions, qualify rigorously and own the cycle from prospecting to close.
📍 Location: You are based in Germany or Austria. We sponsor visas for Germany; if you are based in Austria or in another country, you need the existing right to work there. This role covers the DACH territory and involves regular travel to customers in the region.
🗣️ Languages: You are fluent in English and German, as you will sell to customers across DACH.
🛠️ Developer-focused products: You have sold developer tools, infrastructure, data, AI or automation platforms, ideally open source or product-led.
🚀 Startup pace: You have worked at a Series A to C company or in a fast-growing, newly formed team.
🧭 MEDDPICC or similar: You have used a structured sales methodology to qualify and forecast.
Why join us?
You will own a real territory in a segment we are building right now, and your results will show up in our growth numbers quickly. You will work side by side with Solutions Engineers, SDRs, Customer Success and Product, and your feedback will shape how we sell. n8n is growing at an extraordinary pace, with a thriving open community, a product technical teams love and a fully remote-first culture built on autonomy and experimentation.
