We scaled to 50 million users in just 2 years with a lean team of 100 people. Last year, we doubled our headcount.
Now, we’re scaling again, and the next hires will shape what EverAI looks like at 100+ people. As our third Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll be central to that build, as you’re joining at a defining stage.
You’ll work closely with our CEO, Alexis, and partner with leaders across the business to help assemble the team behind one of the fastest-growing AI products globally. We hire internationally and across every function of the company, with a strong focus on tech, bringing together people from leading tech hubs around the world.
You’ll also have the opportunity to influence how Talent Acquisition evolves as we grow: refining our internal workflows, experimenting with new AI tools, launching employer branding initiatives, testing sourcing strategies that keep our quality bar high, and so on.
Identify, attract, and land top global talent, while helping build a recruitment stack that matches the scale and ambition of a company serving 50M users worldwide.
You will be responsible for:
Global Talent Scouting: Help map and engage elite talent from Tier 1 tech hubs and companies worldwide. You’ll identify and connect with candidates who aren’t actively applying through thoughtful outreach and strong networking.
