As an MS - IT Infra/Cloud - Associate-Azure - operate, you will engage in the dynamic world of cloud operations, focusing on infrastructure management and client support. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will be part of a team that delivers managed services, helping clients optimize their IT infrastructure. This role offers the chance to work directly with clients, providing solutions that enhance their cloud environments.
As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagements while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources. You will also be expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, embracing challenges as opportunities for growth.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will support senior staff, engage in research, and participate in project tasks. You will develop basic skills and knowledge, respond effectively to diverse perspectives, and use a broad range of tools and techniques to generate new ideas and solve problems. Responsibilities
- Supporting cloud operations and infrastructure management to deliver client-focused solutions
- Participating in cloud migration and optimization projects using Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Troubleshooting cloud computing issues to enhance service delivery and performance
- Collaborating with teams to design and implement cloud infrastructure architecture
- Utilizing tools like Dynatrace APM and Splunk for infrastructure performance monitoring and optimization
- Engaging in technical consultation to address client needs and improve cloud service management
- Developing cloud compliance strategies to align with industry standards and client requirements
- Assisting in the administration of cloud-based services and infrastructure management
- Implementing cloud performance optimization techniques to enhance operational efficiency
- Contributing to the development of cloud strategy and service delivery models
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
