As an Associate in IT Infrastructure Managed Services, you will play a pivotal role in supporting client engagements within our Technology Consulting practice. You will be involved in cloud operations, focusing on Linux systems, and contribute to the seamless operation and management of IT infrastructure. This role offers the chance to work directly with clients, enhancing your ability to build meaningful connections and deliver quality service.
As an Associate, you will develop your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work, while learning to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will engage in project tasks, develop basic skills and knowledge, and use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems. Responsibilities
- Supporting cloud infrastructure operations and client engagements within a managed services environment
- Assisting in the administration and optimization of cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform
- Participating in troubleshooting and resolving cloud computing issues to maintain service continuity
- Engaging in cloud migration projects and contributing to the design and implementation of cloud infrastructure architecture
- Collaborating with teams to enhance cloud performance and optimize infrastructure management
- Utilizing tools like Dynatrace APM and Splunk for monitoring and analyzing infrastructure performance
- Contributing to the development and execution of cloud strategy and service delivery plans
- Assisting in the implementation of cloud compliance and security measures to protect client data
- Supporting the integration of cloud-based service management solutions and performance optimization initiatives
- Engaging in continuous learning to deepen technical skills and knowledge in cloud operations and infrastructure management
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Demonstrating proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS)
