As an Associate in IT Infra/Cloud - Network Operations, you will engage in managing and supporting cloud infrastructure within our Technology Consulting practice. This role involves working closely with clients to deliver seamless cloud operations and infrastructure management services. You will be part of a dynamic team that focuses on maintaining and optimizing network operations, confirming that client systems are running efficiently and effectively.
As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources. You will be expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, embrace ambiguity, ask questions, and use these challenges as opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities
- Supporting cloud infrastructure operations and client support initiatives
- Assisting in the administration and optimization of cloud-based services
- Engaging in troubleshooting and resolving cloud computing issues
- Participating in cloud migration and performance optimization projects
- Collaborating with teams to design and implement cloud infrastructure architecture
- Utilizing Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform for cloud operations
- Monitoring infrastructure performance using tools like Dynatrace APM and Splunk
- Contributing to cloud compliance and service delivery strategies
- Applying technical consultation skills to enhance cloud service management
- Developing knowledge in cloud strategy and infrastructure management
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
