As an MS - IT Infra/Cloud - Associate-Storage- operate, you will engage in the dynamic world of cloud operations, focusing on infrastructure management and client support. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will be part of a team that delivers managed services, helping clients optimize their IT infrastructure. This role offers the chance to work directly with clients, providing solutions that enhance their operational efficiency and cloud capabilities.
As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagements while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources. You will be expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, embrace ambiguity, ask questions, and use these challenges as opportunities for growth.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will support senior staff, engage in research, and participate in project tasks. You will develop basic skills and knowledge, respond effectively to diverse perspectives, and use a broad range of tools to generate new ideas and solve problems. Responsibilities
- Supporting cloud infrastructure operations and maintenance to enhance service delivery
- Assisting in the design and optimization of cloud infrastructure architecture
- Managing cloud-based service management tasks to improve operational efficiency
- Participating in cloud migration projects to facilitate seamless transitions
- Troubleshooting cloud computing issues to maintain system performance
- Utilizing Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure for cloud administration tasks
- Engaging in cloud compliance activities to align with industry standards
- Collaborating with teams to optimize cloud infrastructure performance
- Implementing cloud strategy initiatives to support business objectives
- Conducting technical consultations to provide insights on cloud solutions
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
