As an Incident Manager - Senior Associate within our Managed Services practice, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing cloud infrastructure and services to facilitate seamless operations and availability for clients. You will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and implementing industry-leading practices for cloud-based systems, confirming the smooth functioning of networks, servers, and data centers.
As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions while embracing ambiguity. This role requires you to respond effectively to diverse perspectives and use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will leverage your skills to analyze complex concepts and interpret data to inform insights and recommendations. Upholding professional and technical standards, you will develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, using reflection to enhance strengths and address development areas.
Responsibilities
- Managing and optimizing cloud infrastructure to support seamless business operations
- Monitoring and troubleshooting cloud-based systems to minimize downtime and enhance performance
- Implementing industry-leading practices for cloud service delivery and infrastructure management
- Utilizing Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure for cloud administration and optimization
- Designing and executing cloud migration strategies to improve infrastructure efficiency
- Collaborating with teams to develop and maintain secure IT systems and networks
- Analyzing complex data to inform insights and recommendations for cloud performance optimization
- Upholding professional and technical standards in line with firm guidelines and independence requirements
- Building meaningful client connections and anticipating their needs to deliver quality solutions
- Mentoring junior team members to foster growth and technical skills development
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
