As a Manager in IT Infrastructure Managed Services, you will lead the charge in optimizing cloud operations within our Technology Consulting practice. You will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional client support, leveraging your skills to manage and enhance network operations. As a Manager, you will guide teams in strategic planning and mentor junior staff, fostering a culture of integrity and authenticity. You will take ownership of projects, driving successful planning, budgeting, and execution while maintaining consistent quality and timelines.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver impactful solutions in cloud operations. Your leadership will be pivotal in identifying opportunities for innovation and embracing technology to enhance service delivery. You will play a crucial role in cultivating meaningful client relationships and navigating complex challenges, all while upholding PwC’s values and contributing to the firm's broader business strategies.

Responsibilities

- Leading cloud infrastructure operations and managing client support services
- Overseeing cloud migration and optimization projects to enhance service delivery
- Utilizing Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform for cloud administration and performance monitoring
- Designing and implementing cloud infrastructure architecture to support business needs
- Managing cloud compliance and security measures to protect client data
- Coordinating with teams to troubleshoot cloud computing issues and optimize infrastructure performance
- Developing and executing cloud strategy to align with organizational goals
- Providing technical consultation and coaching to enhance team capabilities
- Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to facilitate cloud service excellence
- Promoting the adoption of innovative cloud technologies and practices across the organization

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 8 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
