As an Availability & Capacity Manager within our Technology Consulting practice, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing cloud infrastructure and services to enable seamless operations and availability for clients. You will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and implementing industry-leading practices for cloud-based systems. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and to deliver quality.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be part of a team that designs and implements robust, secure IT systems that support business operations. Responsibilities
- Managing and optimizing cloud infrastructure to support seamless operations and availability for clients
- Monitoring and troubleshooting cloud-based systems to identify and resolve issues promptly
- Implementing industry-leading practices for cloud infrastructure architecture design and optimization
- Utilizing Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure for effective cloud service delivery and performance monitoring
- Collaborating with teams to develop and execute cloud migration strategies and infrastructure management plans
- Applying analytical thinking to interpret data and inform insights and recommendations for cloud operations
- Upholding professional and technical standards in cloud compliance and service management
- Building meaningful client connections and anticipating their needs to deliver quality solutions
- Navigating complex situations and embracing change to foster personal growth and technical skills development
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
