As a Senior Associate in IT Infra/Cloud operations, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing cloud infrastructure and services to facilitate seamless operations and availability for clients. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will leverage your skills to analyze complex problems, mentor junior team members, and uphold professional standards. You will focus on building meaningful client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context, navigating complex situations to grow your personal brand and technical skills.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and implementing industry-leading practices for cloud-based systems. You will work within our IT Infrastructure Managed Services to design and implement robust, secure IT systems that support business operations, enabling the smooth functioning of networks, servers, and data centers to optimize performance and minimize downtime. This position offers the opportunity to anticipate client needs and deliver quality solutions, embracing increased ambiguity and using these moments as opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

- Managing and optimizing cloud infrastructure to support seamless operations and availability
- Monitoring and troubleshooting cloud-based systems to minimize downtime and enhance performance
- Implementing industry-leading practices for cloud service delivery and infrastructure management
- Designing and executing cloud migration strategies to improve system efficiency
- Utilizing Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS) for cloud administration and optimization
- Collaborating with teams to develop and maintain cloud compliance and security measures
- Conducting performance monitoring and optimization using tools like Dynatrace APM and Splunk
- Providing technical consultation and support for cloud infrastructure architecture design
- Engaging in continuous learning to stay updated with emerging cloud technologies and trends
- Supporting client needs through effective communication and technical problem-solving

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
