As a Senior Associate in IT Infra/Cloud operations, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing cloud infrastructure within our Technology Consulting practice. You will be responsible for delivering client-focused solutions, leveraging your skills to navigate complex environments and build meaningful client relationships. Within our IT Infrastructure Managed Services, you will utilize your problem-solving abilities to anticipate client needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.

As a Senior Associate, you will develop your personal brand and technical skills by mentoring junior team members and maintaining professional standards. You will be exposed to diverse perspectives, enhancing your ability to interpret data and inform insights. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will guide and inspire others, embracing ambiguity to deliver quality work and grow your understanding of the business context. Your contributions will be integral to the success of client engagements and the firm's strategic goals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Responsibilities

- Managing cloud infrastructure operations to support client needs effectively
- Overseeing cloud migration and optimization processes to enhance performance
- Implementing cloud service delivery strategies using platforms like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud
- Conducting cloud infrastructure architecture design to align with business objectives
- Utilizing tools such as Dynatrace APM and Splunk for monitoring and troubleshooting cloud computing issues
- Collaborating with teams to optimize cloud infrastructure and improve service management
- Applying analytical thinking to identify opportunities for cloud performance optimization
- Providing technical consultation and support for cloud-based service management initiatives
- Engaging in cloud compliance activities to maintain regulatory standards
- Leading efforts in cloud infrastructure management and performance monitoring

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Demonstrating proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure
- Utilizing Cloud Infrastructure Optimization and Cloud Performance Optimization
