As a Senior Associate in IT Infra/Cloud, you will play a pivotal role in managing and operating network infrastructures within our Technology Consulting practice. You will be at the forefront of delivering client support, confirming seamless cloud operations and infrastructure management. As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your problem-solving skills and critical thinking to analyze complex problems and develop deliverables within client service engagements. You will build meaningful client connections and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages growth and development.

Responsibilities

- Managing cloud infrastructure operations to support client needs and optimize performance
- Implementing cloud migration strategies using platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform
- Designing and optimizing cloud infrastructure architecture to enhance service delivery and efficiency
- Troubleshooting cloud computing issues and providing technical consultation to resolve complex problems
- Overseeing cloud compliance and performance optimization to align with industry standards
- Utilizing tools like Dynatrace APM and Splunk for infrastructure performance monitoring and analysis
- Collaborating with teams to develop and execute cloud service delivery strategies
- Engaging in cloud-based service management to improve operational processes and client satisfaction
- Applying analytical thinking to identify opportunities for cloud infrastructure optimization and innovation

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
