As a Senior Associate in the role of Release & Deployment Manager within our Technology Consulting practice, you will be at the forefront of managing and optimizing cloud infrastructure and services to enable seamless operations and availability for clients. You will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and implementing industry-leading practices for cloud-based systems. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward isn’t clear.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will leverage your understanding of infrastructure to design and implement robust, secure IT systems that support business operations. Your work will enable the smooth functioning of networks, servers, and data centers, optimizing performance and minimizing downtime. This is an opportunity to use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, while upholding professional and technical standards.
Responsibilities
- Managing and optimizing cloud infrastructure to support seamless operations and minimize downtime
- Implementing industry-leading practices for cloud-based systems to enhance performance and availability
- Monitoring and troubleshooting cloud services to identify and resolve issues promptly
- Designing and executing cloud migration strategies to improve infrastructure efficiency
- Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored cloud solutions
- Utilizing tools like Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure for cloud administration and service management
- Analyzing data to inform insights and recommendations for cloud infrastructure improvements
- Upholding professional and technical standards in cloud operations and client engagements
- Mentoring junior team members to develop their skills in cloud infrastructure management
- Building meaningful client relationships to foster trust and collaboration in cloud projects
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
