As a Senior Associate in MS - IT Infra/Cloud - Senior Associate-SRE- operate, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing cloud operations within our Technology Consulting practice. You will be at the forefront of delivering client support, leveraging your skills to enhance infrastructure and cloud services. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You will guide and mentor others, navigate complex situations, and grow your personal brand while deepening your technical skills.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be responsible for analyzing complex problems and maintaining professional standards. You will work within our IT Infrastructure Managed Services to deliver solutions that meet client needs. This position offers the opportunity to develop your skills in cloud operations and infrastructure management, while contributing to the success of our clients and the firm.

Responsibilities

- Managing cloud operations and infrastructure to support client needs effectively
- Implementing cloud migration strategies using platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, and Microsoft Azure
- Optimizing cloud infrastructure performance and architecture design for enhanced service delivery
- Troubleshooting cloud computing issues and providing technical consultation to resolve complex problems
- Utilizing tools like Dynatrace APM and Splunk for infrastructure performance monitoring and analysis
- Developing cloud compliance frameworks to align with industry standards and regulations
- Leading initiatives in cloud infrastructure optimization and performance enhancement
- Collaborating with teams to design and execute cloud-based service management strategies
- Engaging in cloud engineering and administration to maintain operational efficiency
- Applying analytical thinking to improve cloud service delivery and infrastructure management

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
