About the role
As an MSP Solutions Consultant, you will help managed service providers successfully operationalize and grow their AvePoint MSP solutions. You will take the partner journey beyond the initial solution design and guide implementation, service readiness, adoption and continuous improvement.

This is a hands-on consulting role combining technical delivery with partner enablement and change management. You will work directly with MSP teams to translate a solution or proposition into a repeatable managed service that creates measurable value for the partner and its customers.

This role will have a strong focus on AvePoint Elements, our MSP platform, and the successful candidate will develop deep expertise in supporting partners with its adoption, enablement, and ongoing success.

What you will be doing
•    Lead onboarding, implementation and adoption engagements for AvePoint MSP solutions, remotely and on-site where required.
•    Help partners turn AvePoint capabilities into standardized, scalable and repeatable managed-service offerings across multiple customer tenants.
•    Assess a partner’s technical environment, operating model and service goals, then define a practical roadmap toward production readiness and adoption.
•    Configure and validate AvePoint solutions in alignment with partner requirements and the relevant Microsoft cloud environment.
•    Guide partners across Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune and Microsoft Entra ID dependencies that influence successful service delivery.
•    Deliver workshops, training and coaching for technical, operational and customer-facing partner teams.
•    Support change management by aligning stakeholders, addressing adoption barriers and helping partners embed the solution into daily operations.
•    Create implementation plans, technical documentation, operational guidance and reusable service-delivery assets.
•    Set clear expectations, manage actions and dependencies, and maintain momentum through go-live and post-implementation adoption.
•    Act as the partner advocate by bringing structured feedback, product gaps and field insights to AvePoint product and engineering teams.
•    Collaborate with Partner Development, Presales, Support and other AvePoint teams to provide a consistent partner experience.
•    Support demonstrations, proofs of concept and technical consultations when they help move a partner toward implementation or expansion.

How success will be measured
•    Partners can independently operate, support and scale the AvePoint solution across their customer base.
•    The agreed solution and service proposition are actively adopted, not only technically deployed.
•    Partners use standardized policies, baselines and operational processes across multiple customer tenants.
•    Implementation risks, dependencies and customer actions are identified early and managed transparently.
•    Partner teams can clearly explain the value of the service and confidently bring it to their customers.
•    Feedback from the field is documented and converted into improvements for enablement, delivery and product experience.

What you will bring
You are a consultant who understands how an MSP operates and enjoys combining technology, advisory work and knowledge transfer. You can move between architecture, configuration, stakeholder conversations and practical delivery without losing sight of the partner’s business outcome.
•    At least 2 years of experience working within an MSP environment, including exposure to managing multiple customer tenants.
•    Approximately 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Microsoft 365 and/or Azure consulting, implementation or engineering.
•    Hands-on experience with at least one of the following areas: Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, Autopilot or cloud security.
•    Experience guiding customers or partners through implementation, operational change and adoption.
•    Ability to standardize policies, configurations or service baselines across multiple customer environments.
•    Strong consulting and stakeholder-management skills, including the ability to challenge constructively and overcome resistance with clear technical reasoning.
•    Ability to explain complex technical topics in a practical and understandable way to both technical and non-technical audiences.
•    Business-level Dutch and strong professional English.
•    Self-directed and organized, with the ability to manage multiple partner engagements and priorities.
•    Willingness to travel when an on-site engagement adds value.

Preferred qualifications
•    Recent Microsoft certifications such as MS-102, AZ-104, MS-700, or equivalent predecessor certifications.
•    Experience presenting, training, coaching or creating technical enablement content.
•    Experience building or improving managed-service propositions, operational runbooks or multi-tenant service standards.
•    Familiarity with IT governance, security, compliance or service-management principles.
