MuleSoft Integration Lead

Key Responsibilities 

• Design end-to-end integration architecture using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. 

• Define API-led connectivity strategy across Experience, Process, and System APIs. 

• Lead technical discussions with business, product, security, and infra teams. 

• Create reusable integration frameworks, templates, and CI/CD standards. 

• Establish API governance, security policies, and best practices. 

• Guide development teams during design, implementation, testing, and deployment. 

• Collaborate with DevOps teams for automated deployments and monitoring. 

• Mentor offshore developers and provide technical leadership. 

• Support production issue resolution and performance optimization. 

Required Skills 

• 6+ years of integration experience with 4+ years in MuleSoft. 

• Strong expertise in Mule 4, DataWeave 2.0, API Manager, Runtime Manager, and CloudHub. 

• Experience designing RESTful APIs and event-driven integrations. 

• Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns and microservices architecture. 

• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions 

• Experience with Nexus, Maven, and artifact management. 

• Strong understanding of OAuth, JWT, TLS, and API security standards. 

• Experience integrating SaaS and enterprise applications such as Salesforce, Big Query, Jira, Oracle, or Workday. 

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. 

Preferred Qualifications 

• MuleSoft Certified Integration Developer and Architect Certifications  

• Knowledge of performance tuning and API optimization. 

• Exposure to monitoring and logging tools. 

• Knowledge of designing, building, and maintaining integrations using Workato platform
