About Salesforce
Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.
Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
Every business today is racing to connect its data and systems to unlock AI and automation at scale — and integration is the bottleneck standing in the way. MuleSoft's API-led platform is how organisations turn fragmented systems into a connected foundation that's ready for the AI era. As part of Salesforce, we help companies of every size move faster, cut integration costs, and get more value from the tech they already own.
We're growing our SMB Growth team in ANZ — a fast-scaling, high-energy segment focused on bringing MuleSoft to emerging and mid-market businesses across the region. This team has already proven the model in other markets globally, and now it's ANZ's turn.
We're hiring an outcomes-driven, entrepreneurial Account Executive who wants to build something from the ground up, move fast, and own their patch like a business owner — not just carry a number.
What You'll Actually Be Doing
This isn't a transactional software sale. You'll run your territory like a CEO: setting the go-to-market strategy, building pipeline, and leading full sales cycles with a cross-functional team (SEs, success, marketing) behind you. You'll help SMB customers rethink how they connect systems and data to move faster and unlock AI-ready infrastructure — while owning your own quota and forecast with real accountability.
You're Our Person If You Have...
Unleash Your Potential
When you join Salesforce, you’ll be limitless in all areas of your life. Our benefits and resources support you to find balance and be your best, and our AI agents accelerate your impact so you can do your best. Together, we’ll bring the power of Agentforce to organizations of all sizes and deliver amazing experiences that customers love. Apply today to not only shape the future — but to redefine what’s possible — for yourself, for AI, and the world.

It means that at Salesforce, we believe in equality for all. And we believe we can lead the path to equality in part by creating a workplace that’s inclusive, and free from discrimination.
