Multi-Site Aesthetic Nurse, RN (Buffalo & Rochester)

More studios. More variety. More you.

Chapter Aesthetic Studio is looking for a talented, confidence-driven Registered Nurse to bring exceptional aesthetic care to guests across multiple studios in the up-state NY region. If you love variety, thrive on new challenges, and want your expertise to make an impact well beyond one clinic's four walls, this multi-site role was built for you.

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: $70K+ base, plus lucrative monthly incentive pay. Your earning potential is truly up to you.

Location: Up-State NY (This role supports the following Chapter Aesthetic Studio locations: Orchard Park, Tonawanda, & Pittsford)

Why This Role Is Different

Working across multiple studios means every day brings something new — new teams, new guests, new opportunities to sharpen your craft. Here's what's in it for you:

• Built-in variety. Rotate across studios and never get stuck in a rut — expand your skills faster than a single-site role allows.
• Real earning potential. Competitive base pay plus monthly bonus incentives.
• Predictable schedule. No overnights, no holiday shifts — your time off is actually off.
• Paid training, always. Hands-on onboarding and ongoing aesthetic education, fully paid.
• Travel made easy. Mileage reimbursement and travel support between studio locations.
• Cutting-edge tools. Access to advanced treatments and the latest aesthetic technology.
• Full benefits. Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, PTO, and parental leave for eligible employees.
• Perks that feel good. Employee discounts on services and retail products.
• A culture that has your back. Collaborative, mission-driven teams focused on growth, yours and theirs.

What You'll Do

• Deliver standout treatments, including: Botox, dermal fillers, microneedling, PRP/PRFM, laser resurfacing, and more.
• Bring consistency to every studio you visit. Guests should feel the same exceptional Chapter experience, wherever you are.
• Be a trusted guide. Support sales consultations and educate guests on memberships and treatment options.
• Keep the details sharp. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow established protocols.
• Set the standard. Uphold cleanliness and compliance across every treatment environment.
• Move the needle. Partner with studio teams to drive performance — revenue, rebooking, and retention.

What You Bring

• Active RN license in New York (multi-state licensure is a big plus)
• 1–3 years of medical aesthetics experience, or formal aesthetics training
• Enthusiasm for a multi-site role, you're flexible and ready to move between studios in your assigned area
• A personable, confident, and professional presence with guests and teammates
• Sharp organizational and documentation skills
• Comfort with EMR platforms and treatment technology
• Self-motivation, adaptability, and a strong sense of clinical responsibility
