Sell confidence. Anywhere we need you.

Chapter Aesthetic Studio is looking for a driven, guest-focused Studio Sales Specialist to bring energy, consistency, and results to studios across the Dakotas region. If you love the thrill of a sale, connect fast with new people, and want variety built right into your workday, this multi-site role was made for you.

Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $55-$60K+ depending on sales experience plus eligibility for monthly incentive pay
Location: Multi-site supporting multiple Chapter Aesthetic Studio locations (Fargo, Grand Fork, Sioux Falls, Sioux City) Ideal candidate would live in the Fargo or Sioux Falls area.

Why This Role Is Different

Every studio is a fresh audience and a fresh chance to close. Working across multiple locations means you build your sales instincts faster, meet more people, and never get stuck in a routine. Here's what's in it for you:

• Built-in variety. New studios, new guests, new opportunities to sharpen your pitch — every week looks different.
• Real earning potential. Competitive base pay plus eligibility for incentive pay tied to your results.
• Predictable schedule. No overnights, no holiday shifts — your time off is actually off.
• Paid onboarding. Hands-on training and ongoing professional development, fully paid.
• Travel made easy. Mileage reimbursement and travel support between studio locations.
• More rooms, more mentors. Exposure to multiple studios and leadership teams accelerates your growth.
• Full benefits. Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, PTO, and parental leave for eligible employees.
• Perks that feel good. Employee discounts on services and retail products.
• A culture that has your back. Collaborative, mission-driven teams focused on consistency, care, and results.

What You'll Do

• Drive the sale. Educate guests on services, retail products, and memberships to grow rebooking and retention.
• Travel to studios across your region to provide sales, guest service, and operational support wherever it's needed most.
• Own the front of house. Step into key guest-facing roles — Guest Service, Studio Support, Manager support — as needed.
• Keep operations humming. Support daily studio operations including scheduling, guest flow, inventory, and retail activities.
• Deliver the Chapter standard. Consistent, high-quality guest experiences aligned with brand standards, studio after studio.
• Keep every studio guest-ready. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and operational readiness.
• Partner on performance. Work with studio and regional leadership to hit guest satisfaction, rebooking, and revenue goals.

What You Bring

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, guest service, retail, or hospitality
• A natural closer's instinct — comfortable educating guests and driving purchase decisions
• Leadership experience a plus, as you may fill in for Studio Managers as needed
• Enthusiasm for a multi-site role — flexible and ready to travel regularly within assigned markets
• Personable, professional, and confident communicator
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable using scheduling software, EMR systems, and digital communication tools
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and energized by fast-paced environments
• Proud to represent a mission-driven brand focused on exceptional service
