Finni Health is a rapidly growing healthcare technology company transforming the way ABA practices are built, operated, and scaled. We partner with independent ABA practice owners to help them build thriving, sustainable businesses while delivering exceptional care to the families they serve.
We've grown 400% and are approaching profitability, with the backing of General Catalyst and Y Combinator. As we continue expanding our footprint, we're looking for experienced ABA operators who understand what it takes to build and scale successful practices across multiple states.
As a Multi-State ABA Operations Manager, you'll work directly with independent ABA practice owners across multiple states, helping them build, operate, and grow successful, sustainable practices. You'll serve as a trusted operational and strategic partner, developing a deep understanding of each practice's business, identifying opportunities to improve performance, and helping owners navigate the operational, financial, and strategic challenges of running an ABA practice.
This is a highly collaborative, provider-facing role that combines hands-on healthcare operations, business strategy, and relationship management. You'll support a diverse portfolio of practices across different states, bringing an understanding of the operational considerations, payer environments, regulatory requirements, and market dynamics that can vary by location.
You'll work alongside practice owners to improve financial and operational performance, solve complex business challenges, and identify opportunities for sustainable growth. You'll also collaborate closely with Finni's internal teams to address provider needs, improve operational processes, and ensure our partners have the resources and infrastructure to run successful practices.
The ideal candidate has firsthand experience operating or supporting ABA practices across multiple states and understands that successful practice operations require more than a one-size-fits-all approach. You're comfortable building trusted relationships with independent practice owners, analyzing business performance, navigating state-specific operational complexities, and translating challenges into practical solutions.
