Job Overview
The primary role for the NA Tech Center New Product Introduction (NPI) Engineer is project coordination for launches of new products within the region and changes to the existing supply chain that may occur via qualification of a new manufacturing site, and alternate material, or new pack size offerings. In this role, the individual will establish a network across the key stakeholders and ensure actions are delivered to support Business needs. In addition to these coordination responsibilities, this role is required to support key projects and programs within the region to drive process safety, continuous improvement, and technical standardization efforts. This role will be based at the FMC Philadelphia Headquarters and reports to the NA Formulations and Packaging Technical Center Manager.
