Job Description:

What It Means to Be a Consultant at Crowe
Consulting is a dynamic business focused on solving problems for our clients and serving our core markets through innovative solutions. As technology and AI continue to reshape the consulting landscape, we are looking for individuals who are curious, adaptable, and eager to learn. At Crowe, consultants are expected to build both technical and transferable skills, think critically, and use technology to solve real business problems. In this role, you will continuously learn, collaborate across teams, and explore how tools, including emerging AI capabilities, can improve efficiency, insights, and client outcomes.

As you grow, you’ll also begin to take ownership of client relationships, contribute to account strategy, and support the delivery of high-impact work. Developing a sense of account leadership, including understanding client needs, ensuring delivery excellence, and building trusted partnerships, is part of what sets successful consultants apart.

Success in this role comes from a growth mindset, strong communication skills, advanced critical thinking, and the ability to navigate new challenges with confidence.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated NetSuite Technical Senior Consultant to join our growing NetSuite consulting team in India. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, configuring, integrating, and supporting NetSuite ERP solutions that address client business requirements.

The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise in SuiteScript, JavaScript, NetSuite customizations, and system integrations, along with hands-on experience supporting ERP implementations and enhancements. You will collaborate with functional consultants, technical leads, and project teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and high-quality NetSuite solutions.

This opportunity is well-suited for a technical professional who enjoys solving complex problems, working in a collaborative consulting environment, and continuing to develop expertise in the NetSuite ecosystem.

• Develop and support integrations using REST APIs, SOAP web services, RESTlets, and SFTP/flat-file interfaces.
• Follow established technical design standards, development methodologies, and coding best practices.

Implementation, Delivery & Support

• Execute technical development activities based on approved solution designs and functional specifications.
• Support NetSuite implementation projects through configuration, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, resolve defects, and implement system enhancements.
• Analyze technical requirements and collaborate with senior team members to identify appropriate solutions.
• Provide ongoing application support, investigate reported issues, and deliver timely resolutions.
• Identify technical risks, dependencies, and potential improvements, escalating complex issues when appropriate.

Testing & Quality Assurance

• Develop and execute unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Participate in defect triage, root cause analysis, and issue resolution.
• Validate technical solutions through regression testing and quality assurance activities.
• Participate in peer code reviews and incorporate feedback to improve solution quality and maintainability.

Documentation & Deployment

• Prepare and maintain technical documentation for scripts, configurations, integrations, and customizations.
• Support release management, deployment tracking, and development activities using Azure DevOps or similar tools.
• Maintain accurate documentation of technical changes, testing outcomes, and deployment activities.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

• Collaborate with NetSuite functional consultants, technical leads, project managers, and other delivery team members.
• Communicate technical progress, challenges, and resolutions clearly to internal stakeholders.

• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in ERP technical development, software development, or technical consulting, including hands-on NetSuite development experience.
• Strong working knowledge of the NetSuite ERP platform, including customizations, configurations, workflows, and saved searches.
• Hands-on experience developing and maintaining SuiteScript 2.x solutions, including Client Scripts, User Event Scripts, Suitelets, RESTlets, or Map/Reduce scripts.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, including debugging, troubleshooting, and applying coding best practices.
• Working knowledge of system integrations using REST APIs, SOAP web services, or other integration technologies.
• Experience supporting ERP implementations, enhancements, technical deployments, or production support activities.
• Familiarity with data migration and management using NetSuite CSV import/export functionality.
• Experience performing unit testing, troubleshooting technical defects, and supporting UAT activities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical documentation skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate across technical and functional teams.
• Ability to manage assigned deliverables, meet project timelines, and work effectively in a collaborative consulting environment.

Preferred Qualifications
