Join Maxis as a Network Delivery Digitalisation Intern and gain hands-on experience in business process improvement, workflow automation, and digital transformation initiatives. In this role, you will work closely with the Network Delivery team to identify operational inefficiencies, explore innovative technologies, and support the implementation of digital solutions that enhance productivity and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Process Mapping & Documentation: Assist in documenting existing manual business processes using flowcharts, process maps, and other process improvement tools to create a clear understanding of current workflows.
Process Analysis & Improvement: Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation or digitalisation to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve productivity.
Digital Solution Development: Contribute ideas and recommendations for digital solutions that can modernise traditional operational processes and enhance overall business efficiency.
Technology & Industry Research: Conduct research on emerging digital technologies, automation tools, AI solutions, and collaboration platforms relevant to network operations and business process transformation.
Vendor Evaluation & Pilot Support: Assist in evaluating potential software and technology solutions, preparing comparative analyses, and supporting pilot projects for new digital tools and platforms.
Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
Education: Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Analytics, Business Information Systems, or related disciplines.
Automation & Digital Tools: Familiarity with Microsoft Power Automate, Google Forms, and workflow automation concepts.
Programming Skills: Basic knowledge of Python and Google Apps Script is preferred.
Process Improvement Mindset: Interest in business process optimisation, workflow analysis, and digital transformation initiatives.
Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify inefficiencies, analyse processes, and recommend practical technology-driven solutions.
Research Skills: Ability to evaluate emerging technologies, compare solutions, and present findings in a structured manner.
Communication & Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across different teams.
