Fairview Hospital’s 5 Pavilion Complex Medical Care and Telemetry unit has a dedicated team of caregivers that provide top-quality inpatient acute care to adults recovering from a wide variety of conditions, such as pneumonia, heart failure and chest pain, as well as monitor pre-operative and post-operative surgical patients. This unit prides themselves on teamwork and has been nominated for the Cleveland Clinic Nursing Team Excellence Award several times and won the award in 2015. As an RN Resident on this unit, you will assist fellow caregivers in delivering exceptional care, from initial introduction to final send-off. In this role, you will interact directly with patients, families and visitors, offering the opportunity to enhance their experience and supply healthcare information as needed.
How You’ll Benefit
A caregiver in this position works nights from 7:00 p.m. -- 7:30 a.m. with rotating weekend and holiday requirements.
