Retire the ERP
Light exists to replace factory-era ERPs with software that feels alive. Our Smart Financial Platform gives modern, global companies superpowers - automated accounting, real-time reporting, and financial flows that move at the speed of the business.
We build with our customers, ship fast, and obsess over craft. In a short time, Light has gone from idea to the operating core for leading companies like Lovable, Legora, and Fuse Energy.
We're an early team defining a new software category. Think engineers who love debits and credits, designers who care about reconciliation states, and operators who treat finance as a product. If you're excited to modernise how companies run money, you're in the right place.
Backed by world-class investors including Balderton and Atomico and advised by industry titans, we're building category-defining products with the freedom to ship ambitiously and own outcomes. Come help us make Light the global default for next-gen finance.
Finance teams at fast-growing companies run global, real-time businesses on a patchwork of legacy ERPs and point solutions. Every new entity, market or tool adds another system to stitch together and another hire to keep the numbers reconciled.
Light gives them a way out. We build the finance solution that lets finance teams have it all, through three parts that work as one:
Our ledger records every transaction across every entity in real time, so the numbers hold up from day one.
Our apps adapt Light to how each business runs, from procurement to billing to reporting.
Our agents operate the repetitive work that used to need another hire, so finance teams spend their time on the decisions that matter.
We take on the ERP and the legacy point solution world with something fast to implement, AI-native from the ground up, and better the more you use it.
Today we run the finance function for companies like Lovable, Legora and Keyshot, with backing from Atomico, Balderton, Seedcamp, Cherry and Entrée, and teams across Copenhagen, London and Stockholm, with remotes world over.
We're looking for a Nordics Marketing Manager to make Light the default finance platform for scaling companies across Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland. You can base yourself in Copenhagen or London.
Light started life in Copenhagen, and the Nordics already know us. Founders, CFOs and finance leaders in the region backed us from the start, and our local community gives us a head start most challengers would envy. Your job is to take that energy to new heights, so that when a Nordic finance team outgrows its current setup, Light is the obvious next move.
You'll own the Nordics marketing plan end to end. You'll have a B-line into our Nordics GTM pod, which spans sales, implementation and customer success, and you'll work closely with our central growth team to find new ways to drive demand through digital channels.
Building and running the Nordics marketing plan, with pipeline targets you share with the GTM pod.
Running a field and events programme across Copenhagen, Stockholm, Oslo and Helsinki and… any other city you think makes sense. From intimate CFO dinners to flagship moments people talk about for months.
Growing partnerships with the accounting firms, advisors, investors and communities that Nordic finance leaders trust and extends our voice across the region.
Localising our story, content and campaigns so they land with Nordic finance teams in their own language and context.
Creating content with our customers, product and design teams that turns what Light does into stories people want to share.
Working with our central growth team to test and scale digital demand generation in the region.
Building relationships with local press and the people who shape the Nordic tech and finance conversation.
Enough years in the seat to know what works at a fast-growing company, ideally because you've built the ground game for a scaling B2B SaaS business before.
A track record across field, events, partnerships and content, and the judgment to know which lever to pull and when.
Experience localising a brand and its message for a region, with a feel for what lands with Nordic audiences.
Comfort working with sales, implementation and customer success as one team, with pipeline as the shared goal.
Deep curiosity about how AI is reshaping finance teams and the companies they serve.
A great storyteller across video, text and meme.
A can-do, empathetic and collaborative spirit. No brilliant assholes here, please.
Fluency in English and at least one other Nordic language.
A passport. Expect regular trips across the Nordics and to our teams in London, Munich, New York and elsewhere.
*If the core of the role sounds compelling but you don't tick every box, we'd still love for you to reach out and convince us you're the right person.
A five-day, in-office culture with a high-density team in Copenhagen or London.
A competitive salary and potential stock options.
25 days of annual leave plus public holidays in the country where you're based.
Regular socials and two company off-sites a year.
The chance to shape a category from the inside, in the region where Light began.
Light is an equal opportunity employer.
The Nordics gave Light its first customers, its first champions and its first team. We want to repay that by becoming the finance platform every scaling Nordic company runs on, and we want you to lead the charge. If you know the region, love building from the ground up and want to help retire the ERP for good, let's talk.
