Are you ready to keep growing, collaborate with a strong team, and find a place that is genuinely invested in you?
At Woven Care, we're a multidisciplinary pediatric outpatient practice dedicated to helping children and families thrive. We believe great clinicians do their best work when they have the support, resources, and balance to succeed. That's why we do things a little differently, prioritizing manageable caseloads to help prevent burnout, fostering meaningful collaboration across disciplines, and investing in the growth of every therapist.
You will join a team who loves what they do and is excited to learn and grow alongside you. Our multidisciplinary model means you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with Speech, PT, and ABA, gaining new perspectives and building a richer understanding of every child you serve.
Day to day, you can expect 30-60 minute one- to- one sessions that foster strong client and caregiver relationships, two evaluations per week that keep the work varied and engaging and built in documentation time so your evenings and weekends are yours to recharge. Teammates can expect to supervise and support 2+ COTAs and a 70% productivity expectation.
