Working closely with the Country Manager and cross-functional partners, you'll ensure our local space reflects our company culture, supports our growth, and remains a comfortable, welcoming environment for everyone.
Day to day, you will:
- Lead and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the Belgrade office and ensure a smooth, comfortable workplace experience for employees.
- Lead the local Office Administration team, coordinating workloads and allocating tasks and responsibilities effectively.

- Manage relationships with the landlord, building management, office suppliers, contractors, and other external service providers.
- Oversee office maintenance, repairs, workplace improvements, supplies, and inventory.
- Oversee office-related expenses, invoices, and budget tracking, and support budget planning and forecasting.
- Identify operational risks and improvement opportunities, and proactively propose solutions.
- Coordinate office events and local employee initiatives together with relevant internal teams.
- Ensure local office processes, including health, safety, and fire, comply with company policies and applicable local requirements.
What you'll bring
- Comfort taking full ownership of operational areas and figuring things out independently.
- A practical, hands-on, and proactive approach to problem-solving and space management.
- A strong focus on clarity, order, and helping others do their best work.
- The ability to lead with empathy, delegate effectively, and support team development.
- Confidence managing changing priorities and keeping projects moving forward.
- A thoughtful approach to building a welcoming, productive workplace culture.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with different internal and external stakeholders.
What you'll need
- Solid experience in office management, workplace operations, or administration.
- Experience leading or coordinating a team.
- The proven capability to handle office budgets, invoices, and supplier contracts.
- Experience managing external vendors, landlords, and service providers.
- Good organizational and project management skills, with strong attention to detail.
- The ability to manage workplace projects, space changes, and operational initiatives.
- The ability to ensure compliance with local health, safety, and administrative requirements.
