- Plan and execute employee, client, and branch events from concept through completion, including venues, suppliers, catering, communications, logistics, and on-site coordination
- Lead the branch’s Health, Safety and Environment Committee, coordinate inspections and internal audits, and support emergency preparedness and first-aid activities

- Support employee onboarding, meeting coordination, branch communications, credit card reconciliation, expense reporting, and other administrative and operational needs
What You Bring:

- Experience independently managing office operations, vendors, facilities, events, and competing priorities
- Strong customer service, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, with sound judgment and attention to detail
- A professional and approachable style, with the confidence to work effectively with employees, clients, vendors, and senior leaders
- Experience supporting workplace health and safety activities is an asset
- A diploma or certificate in business administration, facilities management, hospitality, event management, health and safety, or a related field is an asset
