Office Manager | Scottsdale, AZ

Lead. Connect. Make an Impact.

Full-Time | In-Office | Scottsdale, Arizona

Tyson & Mendes, a nationally recognized insurance defense litigation firm, is seeking an experienced, proactive Office Manager to join our Scottsdale team!

If you're a natural leader who enjoys bringing people together, solving problems, and keeping a busy office running smoothly, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact with a growing national law firm.

We're looking for someone who takes initiative, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys supporting talented legal professionals while creating an organized, positive, and collaborative workplace.

Be Part of a Team Doing Exceptional Work

Our Scottsdale office represents clients throughout Arizona in a diverse range of complex insurance defense matters, including catastrophic injury and wrongful death, personal injury, premises liability, construction litigation, commercial liability, insurance coverage, and bad faith litigation.

From high-exposure injury claims to sophisticated commercial disputes, our attorneys handle challenging cases that require thoughtful strategy, collaboration, and exceptional client service.

As Office Manager, you'll play an important role in supporting these litigation teams, ensuring they have the resources, organization, and operational support needed to do their best work.

Work Closely With Accomplished, Accessible Leadership

Our Scottsdale office is led by Sitar Bhatt, Branch Managing Partner, with regional leadership provided by Lynn Allen, Southwest Regional Managing Partner.

Sitar is an accomplished litigator with extensive experience in general liability, personal injury, professional liability, employment, and insurance bad faith matters. He also chairs the firm's Young Professionals Group and is passionate about professional development and collaboration.

Our Scottsdale team offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced attorneys and leadership who value communication, accountability, and teamwork.

You'll be a trusted resource for the office, helping connect people, anticipate needs, and create an environment where everyone can succeed.

A Close-Knit Team With National Support

One of the advantages of our Scottsdale office is the opportunity to build meaningful relationships within a smaller, collaborative team while benefiting from the resources of a national law firm.

Our attorneys handle a high volume of interesting, complex litigation, and we value the professionals who help keep everything moving forward.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on, takes pride in creating efficient processes, and understands the importance of strong communication and reliable support.

At Tyson & Mendes, office managers are valued partners in the success of our teams, not simply administrators.
