We’re currently looking for an Office Manager for our client.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations, supporting employees, coordinating external service providers, and creating a comfortable and efficient working environment.
Oversee daily office operations, including supplies, maintenance, and repairs.
Support employees with administrative requests and day-to-day challenges.
Coordinate internal team events and activities.
Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
Order office supplies, equipment, and other necessary materials.
Maintain internal documentation, records, and delivery processes.
Manage company equipment, including distribution, condition monitoring, and maintenance.
Coordinate insurance-related administrative matters.
Handle other operational and administrative tasks as needed.
Intermediate level of English.
Fluent Ukrainian.
Previous experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset and attention to detail.
Confidence using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
Ability to multitask and independently manage day-to-day priorities.
