Offline Lead

Responsibilities:

• Own Open’s offline growth across Los Angeles, NYC, London, Miami, and new markets, creating unforgettable experiences while building playbooks that make them scalable

• Act as a tastemaker for Open, bringing a sharp point of view on culture, brands, talent, hospitality, wellness, and where we should show up next

• Own the partnership pipeline end to end, from prospecting and pitching through negotiation, contracting, activation, and renewal

• Build and maintain Open’s ecosystem of brand, creator, community, venue, hospitality, and cultural partners, turning high-fit relationships into meaningful collaborations and long-term growth opportunities

• Create and produce community classes, pop-ups, takeovers, off-site experiences, and brand activations that feel distinctly Open

• Be Open’s eyes and ears on the ground, staying close to what is happening locally and turning cultural and community insights into programming, partnerships, and new opportunities

• Develop grassroots growth programs across street teams, sampling, flyering, ambassadors, and other creative ways to drive awareness, visits, and membership

• Own activation execution across production, vendors, staffing, budgets, and guest experience, with a clear path from first interaction to Open membership

• Use performance data and market learnings to improve execution, identify what scales, and shape future programming
