• Ability to lead technical teams, interpret electrical drawings and schematics, and apply protection systems, commissioning procedures, and electrical safety rules.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

What will make you stand out

• Experience leading offshore electrical commissioning teams in wind, oil and gas, or marine HV environments, including HV switching up to 72 kV and working within MV/HV authorization frameworks.
• Strong technical judgment, safety awareness, and ability to lead and develop technicians while coordinating effectively with engineering and technical support teams.
• Commitment to procedural compliance and continuous improvement, with additional certifications in HV safety, electrical authorization, or electrical technician qualifications.
